What you'll do

As a Developmental Technician, your role involves routine maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of Walmart stores. You will operate under supervision, adhering to maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and performing repairs on facilities and equipment.

Job Duties

• Assist or perform responsibilities under the supervision of an experienced technician.
• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills and tools.
• Use work order management systems to support repairs and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete training for safe operation of equipment and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in various temperatures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
