Job summary

CBC Education, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialist to work with children ages 3–12 in our relationship-based Floortime Program.

Sessions occur in-home or in-center, guiding child-led interactions while coaching parents on continued growth beyond the session. We value observant, reflective, adaptable professionals who are passionate about early development and are bilingual when possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field is required.
• Experience with early development or Floortime is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Floortime sessions in-home or in-center.
• Coach parents to continue growth beyond sessions.
• Support emotional regulation and engagement during interactions.
• Expand communication through play with children.
• Build problem-solving and flexibility in daily activities.

• Strengthening parent-child interaction
• Supporting developmental milestones in natural settings

Sessions take place in-home and/or in-center, where you’ll guide children through meaningful, child-led interactions — while coaching parents on how to continue that growth beyond the session.
