Position Summary

The Early Intervention Developmental Screener is responsible for scheduling, administering, scoring, and interpreting developmental screenings for children ages birth to 5 years old. This position involves sharing screening results with parents in a professional, non-threatening manner and providing information on developmentally appropriate activities and child development.

Work Schedule

This part-time position works Wednesday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. No weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Psychology, or a related Human Service field
• OR High School Diploma with a CDA Certificate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current driver's license and ability to travel with a personal vehicle

Preferred:

• Experience with children, such as Child Development Assessment experience, prior work as a Teacher Aide, childcare staff, daycare employee, AGS, or assistant teacher
