Spectrum Analytic Consulting, LLC is seeking a Clinical Psychologist for a part-time hybrid role. You will join a multi-disciplinary team including ABA, Speech, and OT professionals to conduct evaluations and implement evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and delivering psychotherapy across age groups, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and collaborating with BCBA/QBA and medical staff to improve client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Psychology and state licensure to practice.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Strong data collection and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Aufgaben

• Conduct diagnostic psychological assessments and initial reevaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy across children, adolescents, and adults.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff and BCBA/QBA and other professionals.
• Submit forms for authorization to insurance companies.
• Conduct peer reviews with case managers and appeals with insurers.
• Meet with Directors to review caseload and quality of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
