Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Nurse - LPN to cover Mondays, Thursdays and every other weekend from 7a to 7p in Monroe, OH. The position offers hourly pay of $28–$29 plus an additional $4 per hour on weekends.

Responsibilities include medication administration, personal care, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team, alongside maintaining records and ensuring a safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing experience preferably within Private Duty Nursing, Home Health or Disability Services is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support as outlined in the plan of care.
• Maintain a 2:2 ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.
• Communicate updates and changes to patient status to the supervising RN.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and provide emotional and social support to patients.
• Maintain current patient records and progress notes.
• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and establish a plan of care with the physician.

At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.
