Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction on daily living skills.
• Monitor, observe, and document client behavior.
• Support clients during periods of change, illness, or disruption.
• Develop and implement individual service/treatment plans.
• Transport clients as needed and assist with access to medical care.
• Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Deliver educational and recreational activities.
• Complete and maintain client records.
