Albany Medical College, within the Albany Med Health System, is actively recruiting a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician to join the team at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital.

The division serves patients from a 25-county catchment and collaborates across pediatrics, psychiatry, neurology and genetics to deliver comprehensive care and teaching opportunities in a large academic setting.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Interest in developing innovative programming within the scope of DB practice.
• Experience or interest in teaching house staff and medical students.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient centered care across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic assessments and medical management of patients up to 21 years of age with the broad range of developmental concerns.
• Partnering with psychiatry, general pediatrics, neurology and genetics.
• Contribute to innovative programming and medical home initiatives for children with ASD.
