Job summary

Northwell Health’s Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Long Island, NY, invites applications for a Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician to join the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.

The ideal candidate will provide outpatient evaluation and follow-up for a broad range of developmental and behavioral concerns, participate in resident and fellow teaching, and pursue research interests within a nationally recognized pediatric system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in pediatrics; DBP/Neurodevelopmental Disabilities experience preferred.
• Candidates with DBP or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities focus are encouraged to apply.
• Active involvement in resident/fellow teaching and potential research opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clinic-based evaluation and follow-up of children with developmental/behavioral concerns.
• Teach residents and fellows; participate in scholarly activities as available.
