Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician – New Hyde Park, NY

Northwell Health is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician to join the Division of Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical evaluation and follow‑up of children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral complaints in an outpatient setting.
• Engage in resident and fellowship training.
• Participate in research opportunities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Board Eligible/Certified in Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.
• Experience with attention‑deficit disorders, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral issues, developmental delays, common genetic abnormalities, sleep and feeding disorders, and educational problems involving speech, language and/or learning.
• Preferred: BC/BE in DBP or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Encouraged: pediatricians with demonstrated interest and experience with ADHD or other developmental issues.
