As a Development Tech Specialist you will provide supportusing ArcGIS Pro; have the opportunity to work with management and project developers to understand and prioritize user requirements; coordinate successful completion of projects including quality deliverables; data modeling to design and support moderately complex special products including maps, digital data, reports and statistics; identifying and delivering innovative solutions to meet dynamic business needs for the company. You will also have the chance to produce high quality maps and posters for management to utilize in communicating and marketing the company's strategy to state and federal government representatives, while also providing analysis and support to all business units. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental United States with the ideal candidate in the Mountain/Pacific time zone.

Job Overview

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with management and project developers to understand and prioritize user requirements
• Coordinates successful completion of projects including quality deliverables
• Performs data modeling to support moderately complex special products including the design of maps, digital data, reports and statistics
• Identifies and delivers innovative solutions to meet dynamic business needs for the company
• Produces high quality maps and posters for management to use in communicating and marketing the company's strategy to state and federal government representatives
• Provides analysis and support to all business units within the Company by developing and providing GIS application/tool training and mentoring
• Provides support to users of desktop and web GIS applications
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
