Job summary

Qualifications
- Currently a junior undergraduate student enrolled.
- Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics or related field.
- Interest in commercial real estate/development; no formal experience required.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with PM tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist Development Team on active projects across lifecycle.
- Maintain project files, trackers, contracts, invoices and docs.
- Track budgets, schedules and milestones throughout lifecycle.
- Support market lease assumptions and cash flow updates.
- Assist with permit tracking, utility coordination and stakeholder comms.
- Support closeout with final docs and financials.
