Our headquarters is in downtown Boise, conveniently near some of the best restaurants, entertainment, and access to outdoor recreation in the state. Idaho has remained one of the fastest-growing states in the country, posing unique challenges and opportunities for housing affordability and economic opportunity. As a part of these efforts, this position will lead the development of ISG’s next five-year strategic plan by conducting relevant research, collecting feedback from beneficiary populations, partner organizations, and other groups through surveys and interviews, creating draft proposals for presentation, and working closely with other staff to identify and operationalize smart growth strategies within high-needs communities.
