Job description

The Development Scientist assists in antimicrobial susceptibility testing for a new project within the Development Scientist organization. The incumbent performs experiments as defined and planned by the supervisor; reviews test results for experimental error and determines if repeats are required, and provides project support to the team as needed.

Duties will include:

1. Subculturing isolates for testing
2. Performing laboratory experiments
3. Documenting results
4. Maintaining a safe environment within the laboratory

Requirements: Aseptic technique, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), some knowledge of microbiology, ability to multi-task, and good organizational skills.
