Georgia Tech in Atlanta is seeking a Development Research Analyst to assist in identifying and evaluating philanthropic resources for prospective major gift donors. You will create confidential prospect reports to support the Institute’s fundraising efforts and interact with Office of Development staff, related foundation staff, and other departments.

Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential philanthropic resources of prospective major gift donors. Create confidential prospect reports to support the Institute’s fundraising efforts. This position interacts regularly with Office of Development staff, related foundation staff, representatives of academic and administrative offices, and external colleagues. The position typically advises and counsel Office of Development management and Development Officers. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Proposed Salary: $47,670 - $64,480. Commensurate with education and experience.
This position requires the ability to use standard biographic, business, and financial information sources, online databases, and internet search results. Skills required include analytical and organizational skills; use of financial analysis techniques; oral and written communication; prioritization and multitasking; and use of office and specialized computer applications.
