Job summary

University of Cincinnati Foundation is seeking a Development Program Manager for Central Programs to provide administrative and operational support to Prospect Development and Stewardship & Donor Experience teams. The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key duties include calendar management, travel planning, reports and expense processing, donor recognition support, meeting materials, newsletters, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–3 years of administrative support experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a timely, professional manner.
• Strong written and oral communication, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel planning, submitting tickets and expense reports for Prospect Development and Stewardship & Donor Experience teams.
• Support donor recognition efforts including mailings, invitations, honor rolls, parking, and donor inquiries; run reports as needed.
• Attend strategy sessions and team meetings; prepare and file meeting materials.
• Assist with paper document management, mailing, and printing.
• Create, maintain, and distribute Central Programs newsletters and HUB content.
