Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree with strong communications or public relations background.
Experience in biotechnology/pharma, healthcare, or scientific industry with drug development knowledge.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex initiatives, and deliver executive communications.

Responsibilities

Lead communications strategy for Amgen's Development and pipeline, creating integrated plans for scientific storytelling.
Advise Development senior leadership on executive visibility, priorities, and issues management.
