Job summary

MAP Strategies (MAPS) is seeking a Project Manager to join our Strategic Planning team in San Francisco. The role focuses on managing permitting, entitlement, and agency coordination, reviewing construction documents, and developing approval strategies aligned with project schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related fields, with strong PM, organizational, and communication skills and proficiency

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.

• Manage permitting, entitlement, and agency coordination
• Review and interpret construction documents
• Develop approval strategies aligned with project schedules
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, agencies, and internal MAPS teams
