Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related field considered.
• Three years of partnership development, outreach, employer engagement, workforce development, nonprofit coordination, or fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in building partnerships with measurable results.
• Event and sponsorship coordination and grant administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains partnerships with businesses, schools, public agencies, community resource providers, training programs, and reentry support organizations to expand referrals, supportive services, and employment opportunities.
• Recruits employers for the Job Extravaganza and coordinates employer participation in career exploration activities, workplace tours, and career presentations.
• Coordinates fundraising events and giving campaigns; supports donor relationships, acknowledgments, and leadership funding discussions.
• Coordinates donation drives; tracks sponsorships, contributions, and campaign results; collaborates on promotional materials and impact stories.
• Identifies grant opportunities, coordinates budgets and documents for grant writers, and tracks application status and deadlines.
• Develops work plans with leadership, monitors budgets and deadlines, coordinates staff and volunteers, and reports results.
