Stanford University in Palo Alto seeks a Manager of Development Operations to oversee administrative activities of the Development department, including HR compliance, vendor management, finance and budget management, gift processing and BI reporting. You will lead a team of three and serve as key liaison to Finance and IT teams, guiding system transitions and ensuring policy compliance.

We value strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience with Stanford systems.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required.
Three years of relevant administrative and financial management experience.
Proven supervisory, planning, and organizational abilities.
Experience with budgeting, governance, and data reporting.
Familiarity with Stanford systems and data security policies preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage staff in day-to-day operations for functional areas; recruit, coach, and develop direct reports.
Guide supervisors in HR policy interpretation and program implementation.
Evaluate plans for operational/financial effectiveness and lead process improvements.
Analyze staffing, facilities, health/safety, finance, and admin needs for leadership recommendations.
Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures; develop and implement new guidelines.
Manage area finances including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Represent department operations within the organization and to external constituencies.
