Western Iowa Tech Community College's public radio station is seeking a Membership & Development Coordinator. This full-time, grade 7 administrative role focuses on sustainable membership growth, underwriting revenue, and community engagement.

Occasional evenings/weekends and travel to off-site locations are required. Salary is $54,874 annually with benefits including health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance; retirement, tuition waiver; vacation, sick leave and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating fundraising campaigns and donor relations.
• Ability to manage and analyze donor data and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with station goals.
• Oversee the membership program, including acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies.
• Plan on-air fundraising drives, including themes, scheduling, and donor matching.
• Lead fundraising messaging across broadcast, digital, and social channels.
• Plan donor engagement events and community activities.
• Coordinate underwriting strategy with station leadership and sales.
• Oversee gift processing, premium fulfillment, and donor records.
