The Development Manager will oversee due diligence, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and approvals, while maintaining budget performance and reporting quarterly updates. Travel overnight is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets for development projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Must have access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence for prospective projects, including budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate a team of consultants during construction and interface with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules; report status to Development Director.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate bids; negotiate contracts and changes.
• Coordinate government agreements and utility interfaces to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead the design, permitting, bid, and award processes for project amenities.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordinate with 3rd party managers as needed.
