Job summary

Paces is seeking a Development Manager to join the Solutions and Development team in Brooklyn. You will lead engagements from origination through permitting and interconnection, and build automation that scales across siting and diligence.

You’ll mentor associates and shape internal methods while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role reports to the Head of Development and offers hybrid work in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with a strong climate-tech mission to accelerate renewable

Qualifications

3+ years in renewable energy development, data center infra, or power project development.
Proven track record moving projects from siting to NTP and negotiating land agreements.
Comfort with GIS, data analysis, AI coding tools, and utility planning portals.
Strong written and verbal communication across C-suite, utilities, and internal teams.
You wake up excited about grid infrastructure, climate tech, or data-center energy.

Responsibilities

Lead development engagements from site origination through permitting and interconnection.
Build tooling and playbooks to reduce cycle time across site evaluation and diligence.
Be the Voice of the Developer by aligning products with field needs.
Mentor associates and codify internal methodologies.
