Boulder Jewish Community Center in Boulder, CO is seeking an outgoing Development Manager to steward donors and build relationships across programs. You’ll design moves management plans, manage an initial donor portfolio of 200 and collaborate with the Development team to meet annual goals.
You will engage donors year-round, plan year-end and special campaigns, and ensure Salesforce tracking and reporting. This role offers full‑time or part-time tracks with competitive benefits.

Our dynamic and community‑centered organization is looking to add an outgoing, creative, and collaborative Development Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for stewarding a robust pipeline of donors and cultivating authentic relationships between donors and the Boulder JCC. The Development Manager will create a high‑level management plan for each constituency of donors within their portfolio, to ensure cultivation throughout the year and to facilitate year‑end, special appeal, and sponsorship solicitations. The Development Manager, working with the Development team, will ensure a donor‑centric approach to development, integrating data, staff interactions, and donor engagement to facilitate donor involvement in the JCC as an organization. The Development Manager will act as an ambassador for the Boulder JCC, promoting donor engagement in JCC programming and volunteer opportunities to ensure a lifelong connection between donors and the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Hourly Rate: $25.95 – $28.07 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Hours: Full-Time (30–40 hours per week) or Part-Time (20 hours per week) options available.
