We're seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead a team of software developers supporting critical business and core banking applications. This is an opportunity to drive development excellence, influence technical strategy, and partner with executive leadership to deliver solutions that support key business operations.

What You'll Do

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $138000.00 - $178600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

401(k) with 3% company match plus additional employer contribution. Medical, dental, and vision coverage with PPO and HMO options through major carriers. PTO and paid holidays. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually for eligible employees. Degree completion bonuses up to $1,500 for a Bachelor's and $3,000 for a Master's.
