Priceline is hiring a Development Manager in New York to lead the Search and Discovery sub-team under Border Flight Technology. You will guide engineering delivery, define technical direction, and drive initiatives for scalable systems. Hybrid work includes two in-office days with flexible remote options.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, collaborate across departments, and champion Priceline values such as Customer and Innovation while delivering high-impact travel technology.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams through coaching, feedback, career development, and performance management.
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, web services. Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and develop effective solutions in a changing environment.
• Experience designing, developing, or delivering scalable systems and integrations.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, collaborate across teams, and remove barriers to delivery.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $ CAD 160,000-$210,000 USD.

In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
