Reporting directly to the Head of Development, this role is ideal for someone who moves fluidly between deal structuring, technical feasibility, and stakeholder management, and who is energized by building a new capability inside a fast-moving development organization.

  • Serve as the connective link between the geothermal resource, the microgrid, on-site power needs, so all are engineered, built and operated as one coherent system.

Financeability & Cross-Functional Integration

  • Translate technical and commercial inputs into a coherent, lender-ready narrative in partnership with Finance and Capital Markets.
  • Identify and track the risks, dependencies, and open issues that could affect financeability or executability, and drive them to resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
