Job summary

Live & Learn AZ is seeking a Development Manager to lead individual giving, our signature event, corporate and civic engagement, and community representation. This is a full-time role requiring occasional evenings and weekends for events.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent in nonprofit settings, at least 3 years in nonprofit development, a proven track record in gifts and sponsorships, and comfort representing the organization publicly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent nonprofit experience.
• Minimum 3 years in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related field.
• Proven track record securing gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
• Comfortable representing the organization publicly.
• Proficient with Microsoft products or donor management platforms or able to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual giving campaigns and donor relationships.
• Plan and execute the annual signature fundraising event and other cultivation events.
• Engage corporate and civic groups for donations and sponsorships.
• Represent Live & Learn AZ at community events and pursue speaking/media opportunities.
• Support additional development initiatives as assigned.
