Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of development or alumni relations, career services, event management, sales, marketing, public relations.
  • Proven track record in project management and customer/client or volunteer management.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Donor relations, cultivation and solicitation; identify major gift prospects in the DMV region and conduct discovery visits.
  • Oversee stewardship for CAS donors and manage gifts including major gifts.
  • Provide high-level organizational and logistical support for day-to-day operations, events and board meetings.
  • Assist with CAS alumni relations activities such as acknowledgements, invitations, and mailings.
