Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all Development sub-departments
• Conduct prospect research and develop funder and donor profiles
• Organize fundraising and campaign information for effective presentation
• Support the planning of the Annual Event
• Participate in ad hoc projects that support the Development team's work

Requirements

• Interest or prior experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or operations
• Strong writing, communication, research, analysis and computer skills
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks for different projects
• A commitment to the National Partnership’s mission to improve the lives of women and families by achieving equality for all women
