Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in development, particularly with major gifts, and excellent relationship-building skills. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $111,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of development experience with a track record of growing a fundraising pipeline.
• Demonstrated success managing all aspects of the donor lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bottom Line Ohio's fundraising strategy.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of donors and prospects.
• Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategy.
