Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in event planning, project management, and fundraising in nonprofits.
• Demonstrated ability to solicit sponsors, auction donations, and/or major gifts.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven decision making and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gala4Goals, Golf4Goals, and other fundraising events from concept through post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and production consultants.
• Recruit and manage event committees and volunteers.
• Develop sponsorship and auction strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Cultivate donors and major gifts and steward sponsor relationships.
• Track budgets and report on revenue against targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to align events with fundraising goals.
