Job summary

Community Music Center of Boston seeks a Development and Events Coordinator to join our advancement team as we build momentum from the Valuing All Voices campaign and the upcoming Roxbury expansion. You will help plan and produce public events, support donor services, and weave together fundraising and events to engage donors and civic leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce a variety of public events celebrating CMCB's mission.
• Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and staff for event logistics.
• Support donor services and development operations across programs.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for events and storage.
• Serve as liaison to volunteers during events and trainings.
