Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3–5 years of nonprofit development, admin and database experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; high level of computer literacy.
• Experience with donor databases preferred; familiarity with email marketing and social media management is a plus.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with two moving violations or less.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the donor database including input, updates, and reports for Development and Finance.
• Process gifts and donor acknowledgments within 2 business days with data integrity.
• Provide administrative support for the Development Department (meetings, filing, data entry, correspondence).
• Coordinate special events, manage sponsorships, attendance, and budget adherence.
• Assist with in-kind donations and volunteer activities; support social media and communications.
