    • Complex electrical schematics for circuit card assemblies (CCA), harnesses, and system-level interconnects
    • Root‑cause analysis and corrective action for hardware failures
  • Must be a US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading the development of a product or capability from concept through development, qualification, and transition to production
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to brief executive leadership, customers, and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead IPT efforts across multiple concurrent programs, present to program leadership and government customers, and manage multiple priorities
  • Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance
  • Experience leading IRAD/CRAD programs
  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
  • Cross-Business Area engagement and large-program technical-lead experience
  • Experience transitioning PCB/PWB designs into circuit card assemblies
  • Experience supporting proposal development, including technical volume authoring, basis‑of‑estimate, and competitive technical strategy on major hardware captures
