Job summary

Multiplier Technologies is looking for a dedicated engineer to develop prototypes and technology solutions for defense applications. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering, and experience in developing technical products.

YOUR TASKS

• Prototype Development: Design and develop prototypes and components for defense applications.
• Test Management: Conduct tests, simulations, and qualification activities, including full documentation.
• Specifications: Support the development of technical specifications and requirement documents.
• Production Introduction: Implement, refine, and document products and prepare them for series production.
• Technology Analysis: Evaluate new technologies, trends, and materials for defense applications.
• Intellectual Property: Support patent applications and intellectual property protection (if required).
• Customer Support: Provide technical consulting and customer support in coordination with project management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualifications: A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience: Experience in the development and design of technical products, ideally involving materials/components in the defense sector (e.g., high-performance materials, protection systems, or electronics integration).
• Knowledge: Proficiency in CAD systems such as CATIA V5 or comparable development environments, as well as knowledge of standards, approvals, and certification processes in defense engineering.
• Language Skills: Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
