About the Position: The Development Engineer role is a key technical position within MC&I for experienced engineers supporting early‑stage project development, feasibility, and preliminary design (0–30%). In this role, you will apply sound engineering judgment, coordinate across electrical, civil, and structural disciplines, and serve as a technical liaison between internal design teams, business development partners, and external stakeholders. The role balances hands‑on engineering analysis with cross‑functional collaboration, proposal support, and client‑facing technical communication. The Development Engineer owns assigned development scopes, ensures adherence to QA/QC standards, and supports the development and maintenance of performance analysis tools used during development. As MC&I continues to grow, this role offers opportunities to expand technical depth, client exposure, and business responsibility based on performance and business needs.
