Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Development Coordinator to advance fundraising and donor engagement for our community programs and events. You will support campaigns, grants, and annual giving, while maintaining donor records and crafting communications.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in nonprofit development, familiarity with donor databases (Salesforce/NPSP), and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and events including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems (Salesforce/NPSP) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising, sponsorships, and annual giving initiatives.
• Assist in donor identification, cultivation, stewardship, and recognition.
• Prepare donor-facing materials and acknowledgments.
• Track donor activity, pledges, and engagement for reporting.
