Utah Valley University is seeking an Assistant Development Director to advance the university’s philanthropic priorities. The role reports to the Senior Director of Development and manages a portfolio of annual and mid-level donors, cultivating relationships to increase engagement and gift size.

This hybrid-eligible position collaborates with campus partners to strengthen UVU’s donor pipeline and fundraising impact.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience totaling four years.
Experience in higher education, nonprofit fundraising, or advancement preferred.
Knowledge of donor engagement, stewardship, and fundraising best practices.

Responsabilidades

Manages an assigned portfolio of annual and mid-level donors and prospects, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors.
Develops stewardship strategies, coordinating recognition, impact reporting, and engagement opportunities.
Supports annual fundraising initiatives, giving days, and strategic appeals in collaboration with campus partners.
Identifies and researches prospective donors through outreach, referrals, events, and data analysis to strengthen the donor pipeline.
Participates in professional development and contributes to Institutional Advancement goals.
