Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years' experience in development, donor relations, or alumni relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with standard prospect research techniques desirable.
• Demonstrated success working as a member of a high functioning team.

Responsibilities

• Development and donor engagement, including prospect research and donor meetings.
• Plan and support fundraising events and campaigns under leadership.
• Manage Salesforce CRM data and reporting for donations, donors, and prospects.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare minutes and documentation for Development Committee meetings.
