Job summary

Child Advocates-Denver CASA seeks a seasoned development professional to lead fundraising, major gifts, grants, and donor stewardship. You will cultivate individual donors, manage corporate partnerships, and oversee annual giving while guiding donor communications.

You will also supervise two team members and partner with staff to align development with program needs. This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Denver, with occasional events outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Proven experience soliciting and stewarding major gifts and corporate partnerships.
• Experience with grants and the grant calendar; ability to work with a grant writer.
• Proven experience planning successful in-person events.
• Excellent communication skills and donor communications

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organization's fundraising and resource development strategy.
• Personally cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors and corporate partners.
• Oversee the annual giving campaign and donor database (Bloomerang).
• Serve as the organization's lead storyteller for donor communications.
• Supervise two direct reports: Community Engagement Manager and Development Associate
