Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related experience in alumni development, fundraising, prospect research, or business development.
• Three to five years of progressive fundraising, development, or advancement experience.
• Experience with CRM/database management, major gifts, capital campaigns, and planned giving.
• CFRE certification or progress toward it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and advance fundraising strategies aligned with college priorities.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners.
• Develop donor strategies, proposals, and presentations with leadership.
• Manage corporate and foundation partnerships and engage community stakeholders.
• Produce reports and dashboards to monitor fundraising progress and impact.
• Support events and campaigns and provide operational fundraising support.
