Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional development experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or comparable donor management software
• Outstanding computer and technical skills; excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the annual fundraising plan, including campaigns and events (Gala, Fall Campaign, End-of-Year Campaign).
• Build and maintain donor relationships through outreach, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on marketing and communications to increase awareness and engagement.
• Design and manage the major gifts program by identifying prospects and soliciting gifts.
• Oversee donations processing, acknowledgments, and donor records for donor software efficiency.
• Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts in support of fundraising and enrollment growth.
