Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, and public relations concepts, procedures, and techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of location and higher education/healthcare landscape.
• Advanced written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including political acumen, to secure gifts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare complex proposals and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead development programs for UCI Health within the Cancer Center and cancer-adjacent areas.
• Secure private philanthropic support to meet financial goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with Health Advancement and campus colleagues; report to the Sr. Executive Director of Development, Health Advancement.
