Job summary

Repair the World is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead all fundraising efforts in Boston and Miami. You will manage a portfolio of individual and institutional donors, partner with staff and volunteers, and drive revenue aligned with national priorities.

You will report to the Senior Director of Development, travel monthly, and build strong donor relationships while collaborating across teams to advance Repair the World’s mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years nonprofit fundraising experience with success closing gifts from individuals, foundations, federations, and funders.
• Comfort and proven track record as a frontline solicitor with success closing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Experience with fundraising CRM systems and donor research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising in Boston and Miami, with a diversified portfolio of donors and partners.
• Solicit gifts and manage a robust donor pipeline; cultivate and steward relationships.
• Collaborate with local staff and national team on strategy, communications, and events.
