Job summary

International Arts & Artists is seeking a Director of Development to lead a comprehensive nonprofit fundraising program. The role partners with the CEO and senior staff to diversify revenue across foundations, government, corporate sponsors, and individuals, while expanding major gifts and donor stewardship.

The director will build a sustainable development function, implement CRM and reporting, and cultivate strong relationships with boards, funders, and partners to advance IA&A’s cultural

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Experience building a development program for arts or cultural organizations.
• Experience across foundation, government, corporate, and individual giving.
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into a compelling case for support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year contributed revenue plan aligned with the strategic plan.
• Oversee all grant writing, reporting, and donor stewardship activities.
• Build IA&A’s culture of philanthropy across staff and Board.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior staff to fundable programs and cases for support.
