Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management and operations experience on large projects.
• 5+ years leading teams and multi-disciplinary groups in AAA game development.
• Experience balancing strategic, analytical and solutioning needs across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional global team and drive autonomous ownership.
• Escalation point for issues and stakeholder communication on progress.
• Guide tradeoffs between quality, time and cost with leaders.
• Oversee budget and forecast controllable R&D expenses and efficiencies.
