Serving more than 1,600 youth annually across 13 sites, TYFC engages in 1:1 and group mentorship, teen-parent support, and on-campus programming, building lifelong relationships rooted in faith, trust, and hope.
As TYFC continues to grow its impact, we are seeking a Development Director to build the partnerships and resources that make this life‑changing ministry possible. In this role, the Development Director partners closely with the Executive Director to lead TYFC's fundraising strategy and ensure the long‑term financial sustainability of the ministry. The role oversees major donor relationships, grants, fundraising events, and the development team, while fostering a culture of biblical stewardship.
This role requires training in the See The Story / Be The Story / YFC Champions Playbook pending Best Practice. This on‑demand virtual training is provided by the Leader Formation Department and will include resources to help fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
