Delaware Highlands Conservancy, based in Beach Lake, Pennsylvania, is seeking a mid-level, full-time professional to coordinate and lead donor development and fundraising efforts to support our mission. This role coordinates with the Executive Director, Board, and Committee Members to implement plans aimed at achieving annual fundraising goals.

Salary is dependent upon experience. Benefits include medical coverage, eligibility for retirement savings match, paid time off, and other benefits.
