Job summary

Golden Chick in Richardson, TX is hiring a Development/Construction Coordinator to support new store builds and franchise partner onboarding. This full-time role collaborates with our SVP of Development and the team to ensure every restaurant opening meets our standards.

You will manage construction calendars, prepare bid spreads, run SIMMS layouts, generate prospect reports, and work with Accounting to reconcile invoices for bulk orders.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' experience in a coordinator/support role within a construction/development environment.
• Familiarity with Project Management Software

Responsibilities

• Construction project management including keeping the construction calendar updated and circulated to all relevant parties.
• Create bid spreads for corporate Construction Projects to compare General Contractor bids.
• Create target market layouts using SIMMS.
• Produce SIMMS prospect reports as needed.
• Work with Accounting to track/reconcile invoices to bulk orders.

About the Role

We're hiring a Development/Construction Coordinator to help carry that standard through every new store that we build and assist with supporting new franchise partners.

As a full-time employee based at our Richardson, TX headquarters, you'll partner directly with our Senior Vice President of Development and the rest of the team to make sure every new restaurant, and its' franchisees receive the necessary support to become a successful partner within our company.

Responsibilities

• Construction Project Management including keeping the construction calendar updated and circulated to all relevant parties.
