Reports To: Director of Development
Location: New York City preferred; however other locations will be considered.
Description: The Development Coordinator is an entry‑level role supporting Flatiron’s Development team across a wide range of administrative and project support needs. This person will help keep day‑to‑day development workflows moving – coordinating schedules, documents, vendors, and internal requests – while also taking on “learn as you go” analytical and process‑improvement tasks such as maintaining our single source of truth and improving/automating reporting. This position offers a clear opportunity to grow into a Development Associate role over time as skills and responsibilities expand.
